I'm glad you valued the people you worked with - I agree we have an amazing group of people.
I'm sorry that you did not have a great experience with your manager. I believe code reviews are important for driving quality and knowledge sharing. However, requiring comment before approval is not part of the process, nor should it be. Also, as any Glassdoor employee knows, we do value a work environment that is emotionally honest, but this shouldn't be at the expense of effectiveness or quality of work. In most cases, open communication and authenticity makes us better. I'll follow up on both of these concerns. Thank you for your honest feedback.
