      Good company growth overall, good pay and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Most support functions roles and growth opportunities are all in the US outside of the core Sales function. So limited room for development.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
