Pros
The workforce is very team oriented, Executive Leadership has strong vision and is structuring for future success. Teamwork is strong amongst teams and well focused on innovation and superior CX. Expansion of offerings in On Premise, significant growth in Cloud and shift towards omni channel technologies/solutions is positioning Genesys for the future and strengthens its position as the industry leader.
Cons
Technical Consultants, Engineers and PM's are extremely overloaded and overworked. PS is overwhelmed in process and administrative tasks. Opportunities for upward mobility are few and far between. Ability to increase pay is nearly non-existent with exception of small annual cost of living increase.
