Pros
As a new employee, only 2 months in, I can say that this was the best career move I have ever made and I wish that I had taken it sooner. Genesys has a collaborative environment, great people, this company cherishes it's talent and makes you feel that you are part of something wonderful...and we are. If you need anything by way of tech support, HR support, mentorship, you get the the help that you need very quickly. I have worked many years for a tech giant where the teams (functional and cross-functional) are very isolated in terms of goals and objectives, and communication streams do no flow smoothly between business silos. At Genesys, I feel that we are unified on what our company needs to achieve for us and our customers to be successful.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. I did take a cut in pay to come here, but feel that it was the best investment for my future.
