Genesys Response
8yThank you for taking time to share your thoughts. As a global company, we are proud to have an extremely international team, with almost half of the senior management holding a non-U.S. passport. We also have a history of promoting from within, with leadership opportunities employees located in the majority of the world (outside of the U.S.) including our head of global sales, who is based in London, U.K. We take employee satisfaction very seriously at Genesys; we welcome feedback and send pulse surveys out multiple times a year. Our management team reads every comment and we do our best to address any issues raised to continually improve the employee experience at Genesys.
At the recent all-hands meeting you mentioned, I stated that we want everyone to be a promoter of the company as it is one of our core values to have happy and engaged employees. There is also a direct correlation between employee and customer/partner satisfaction, which we take very seriously at Genesys. If there are team members who are unhappy today but believe that they could become happy and engaged, we want to work together to address those concerns and make things better. However, if there are individuals who do not believe they can ever be happy here, that’s not healthy for the individual, the team or the company, and it just makes sense to support those (hopefully few) individuals to find a place where they can be happy. I am always available to discuss these matters or others which may be on your mind. -- Tom (Tom Eggemeier, President)
