Pros

* Technology, vision and mission * Leader in the Contact Center market space, Genesys products have unique fame * Good working environment * Friendly employees who volunteers helping when you are stuck-up * Lots of growth opportunities to prove ourselves * Flexible work timings based on the team's timezone you are working with * Short term travel opportunities to all the employees * Good employee benefits

Cons

* Some processes in HR, Admin and finance definitely needs improvement. * HR is not clear in grades, titles and appropriate compensations. * Travel desk needs improvement. No proper directions for people travelling to other countries. * No shuttle services. * Only few people (non-managerial) takes the lead and manages all the happenings in the company. They don't give opportunity for other employees' initiatives.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
