Pros
Company that is a leader in their industry. Rest of the company outside of internal function departments seems to work well.
Cons
Internal IT is more about cutting costs than about doing whats best for the internal customers. Interactive Intelligence prided themselves on customer service. Genesys does not care about its own people with respect to Internal IT. IT leadership doesn't answer questions about direction with honesty.
