Preach diversity .... but they could not ... and will not .... ever be able to cover all bases. For example, only hire those from high prestige colleges. Ummm . There are “scrappers” out there who have degrees from lower level colleges whom are out there to prove themselves.... you are Missing major talent here. Give these people a chance .... as part of your diversity effort. Ain’t all about color.
