      In a challenged economy we have a product that people need. General Mills takes very good care of me and my family. They have a solid reputation in the areas in which they compete.

      Cons

      Minneapolis is a bitter cold plae to live.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
