      During that time, my colleagues felt more like friends. Although the work was stressful, it was manageable because of the supportive people around me. I made some real friendships there.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
