      Blind Approch - despite of getting negative review, managers with no work,vision, skill remains with gm. Company is in loss from decade, rather then focusing on sales, they just keep on doing org restructuring.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
