Paying salary to HRs is a waste of money for Fenergo as they don't work upon improving company culture, rather they hire only unprofessional staffs which creates a toxic culture. Managers - So dumb, no technical or functional knowledge, just micro manage and discriminate. If you do your work, it is not enough and you will not be rewarded. Heights of Nepotism. Managers break the rules according to their wish and favour undeserved, unprofessional candidates. such companies should be strictly banned from operating for their unfair and unethical practices. Product - core product highly unstable and broken, full of bugs, poor quality, no latest technology used, not scalable, complex architecture, core product not fit for purpose.
