Fenergo – Why Work For Us?

Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management, AML/KYC Compliance and Client Data Management solutions for investment, corporate, commercial and private banks.

Every financial institution in the world is facing what we call a “perfect storm” i.e. spiralling levels of regulation which is putting additional pressure on banks to collect more data and documentation from clients, increasing the cost of compliance and seriously impacting operational efficiencies and client experience.

Fenergo’s software solutions enable financial institutions to solve the challenges of the “perfect storm” by streamlining the end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management processes (from regulatory onboarding, data integration, client and counterparty data management, client lifecycle reviews and remediation all the way to client offboarding etc.). Our solutions are proven to improve compliance, operational efficiencies, time to revenue and client experience.

Some of our clients include HSBC, BBVA, BNY Mellon, Westpac, Scotiabank and RBC Wealth … to name but a few.

Fenergo is fast becoming the industry standard for Client Lifecycle Management solutions. In 2015, Fenergo secured $85m in funding from Insight Venture Partners and Aquiline Capital Partners to accelerate its global footprint to help financial institutions in every corner of the world to address the regulatory, entity data and onboarding challenges.

Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Fenergo has offices in North America (Boston and New York), UK (London), Asia Pacific (Sydney, Singapore and Tokyo) and UAE (Abu Dhabi).

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Fenergo full-time (More than a year)

Growing fast so every day is fast paced and different.
Transparency - there are company updates every quarter (which turn into a great night!) and the management tell us everything about business performance, the product, and the next plans.
Cool people -Everyone is genuinely nice, passionate, and hard working.
The CEO cares a LOT about the teams and likes to be involved in smaller details too - he's pretty down to earth in my experience!
Opportunities to grow within the company - which is great for seeing a future here.
Referrals & bonuses - really encouraged to recommend people for positions here and rewarded well for it

Same with any company, when there's deadlines, things can get stressful. I don't think that it's specific to Fenergo.
As we are now in two offices a few minutes away from eachother, it can be a while between seeing people in the other office

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fenergo (Dublin, Co. Dublin).

Took approx three weeks to get through the entire process. The recruiter was in touch throughout explaining next steps and who I would meet etc. The process involved 3 face to face interviews and an offer was made roughly 2 days after the final meeting
