Most of our calls are in English now which enables more diverse backgrounds to join the firm. But of course, client projects will be conducted in the language of the clients choosing. From comprehensive training programs to ongoing mentorship opportunities, EY invests in its employees' growth and empowers them to reach their full potential. Additionally, the firm's emphasis on work-life balance ensures that employees can maintain a healthy equilibrium between their professional and personal lives. Overtime is recorded and can be taken as free time respectively.
Cons
While there are many positives about working at EY, there are areas where improvement could be made. For instance, streamlining certain internal processes could enhance efficiency and productivity. Also, salaries should be more cometitive.
