Good network, friendly fellow workers, busy activity, intense learning curve in a challenging environment. Good start for a career ramp up.
Cons
Poor Human Ressources management (burn outs, sick leaves, high turnover, low salaries), often understaffed on deals to maximize margins, poor managerial organisation on deals, high staff turnover (people stay two years on average), no market oriented or commercial approach asked from staff for the first 7-8 years (if never), pays less than other big 4 and smaller competitors,as well as less than the entire M&A industry despite stressful environment and the hours the job takes.
