Good place to learn - for entry level people coming out of college with a degree in finance, it is a good place to learn the ropes. Decent pay for young bankers. Learn and then move on.

Citizens has changed a lot. It used to be a great place to work. That has shifted over the past few years. Very difficult work environment People are litterally sharing desks Little opportunity for career growth - I hope you like doing the same thing for ever Work life balance is getting impossible - work every weekend most nights. Wouldn't mind working the hours of the pay was better - if I work like an investment banker I want to get paid like one Many good people are leaving and going to find better paying jobs at competitor banks. Sr. Management provides little vision Upper Management give no direction Middle management is completely useless
