We have one work from home day per week

Raises are the worst I’ve ever seen in a company this size. Hired on as “hybrid” 3 days in office then they took that away and now 4 days in office. They don’t care about their employees but love to make it look like they do. HR and “employee health and safety” are utterly useless.
