-Some of the worst management I’ve ever seen
-Colleagues who refuse to develop their skills and learn. I work with seasoned colleagues who don’t have basic grammar and Excel skills. If you show that you have any skills that are beyond beginner level, you just get more work with no benefit.
-Consistent layoffs, so you never know when you’ll be next. Whoever is in charge of the layoffs also doesn’t review who they’re firing and how that will affect your team, leaving multiple groups without their strongest person.
-Below industry standard pay, no bonus, and no possibility of salary negotiation
-Antiquated ideas of “we’re a family!” and the push to be in office despite there being no necessity
-My manager’s Team status will show as “away” for most of the day but god forbid I need to take a half day to go to the doctors.
-Upper management is so terribly out of touch with reality it’s sickening to receive any sort of communication from them.
-Our “HelpDesk” is an absolute nightmare and getting any assistance from IT is migraine-inducing. Doesn’t help that there are constant IT issues as a result of incompetence
