Pros

Las pocas ventajas que veo son que tienes un salario bueno comparado con otras becas aunque una vez escales los salarios están por debajo de otras muchas empresas. Y que hay mucha gente y las oficinas son modernas. Sales pronto de trabajar (a tu hora).

Cons

Siendo becario vas a ser al que le manden hacer todo el trabajo que el resto del departamento no quiere, hay compañeros que directamente ni tienen y vienen a mirar a la pared por mala gestión de la propia empresa más que de ellos. La gente es menos social que en otras muchas empresas por lo que seguramente tengas que llevarte con gente de otros departamentos o sino no vas a socializar nunca. Se hacen muy pocos eventos comparados con otras industrias, y dicen promover la igualdad pero mayoritariamente solo se acaban quedando o contratando a mujeres lo que hace que por intentar crear igualdad hayan creado desigualdad. La organización dentro de la empresa deja mucho que desear, solo les gusta un perfil internacional y por muy preparado que estés vas a ser el becario copia y pega porque es lo único que vas a acabar haciendo durante 9 horas al día mientras aguantas a compañeras que dejan mucho que desear.

Good pay. Good benefits. My coworkers who were at the same level as me were supportive.

Cons

Work environment was highly stressful and often unsustainable. Management created a culture where employees were frequently overworked, undervalued, and burned out. Communication from leadership was inconsistent and their expectations changed frequently. Work-life balance was very poor. Employee concerns did not get taken seriously unless they directly impacted company performance. When an HR compliant involving my supervisor was filed for his behavior with input from the majority of the team members, no meaningful action was taken beyond stating it was handled "per BSC policy". Opportunities for promotion and career advancement were limited. Employees who treated others poorly were often still rewarded or praised as long as performance metrics were met. There was a clear culture of favoritism and hierarchy, and employees outside of those circles could work above and beyond expectations without receiving recognition or advancement opportunities. In 2 years, there were 12 employees who were fired in a 10 person department.
