      Best work culture and forward focused. Chance to work in upstream mobile technologies. Startup mindset. Extremely capable team. Very good work life balance and flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Nothing to worry about since the only issue of business model is taken care of with the recent acquisition. Good days ahead!

      Pros

      Axway has a great installed base of customers acquired over the last 20 years. The technology plays a critical niche role in the customer operations. Few competitors face-off against Axway.

      Cons

      Axway hasn't sold a new customer a new deal and is living primarily on increasing their prices to existing customers. The customer facing staff turns over regularly due to shifting leadership changes at the top. The GM of NA has been filled by 4 people in the last 3 years. What's next?
