Pros
Employee benefits like wellness, Chiro, dental etc. Company culture in theory is good. Work life balance is good.
Cons
Don’t expect to earn much there (at most they give market rate for salary) with no AWS, bonuses or commissions (unless you’re in management positions). Promotions are based on diversity, gender or personal relationships with the hiring managers (there is an unspoken diversity quota as well as management positions being majority filled by only caucasians - any local management level opening will be filled from other Caucasian countries). A propaganda bubble where you constantly get reminded of how great the company is, but in reality people there don’t espouse the culture so you’re trapped in this bubble. The HR doesn’t really care about transgressions against company’s policies and it’s all only lip service.
