Pros
Apple has a way of bringing together some amazing people. Fast paced environment where pace can vary greatly depending on the time of year. Often you are able to get full time hours regardless of being part time. Awesome benefits (especially considering they're available for part time). Other perks are available and of course discounts.
Cons
Demanding job, high expectations which may be a good thing. Can be difficult to find work/life balance due to unpredictable nature of schedule when part time and expectation that weekends are open availability.
