Pros
There are some very talented and super helpful people at IW. Socials are good (but have reduced recently). Salary and benefits are generally good unless you are operating at a higher level than your role but not yet getting the promotion to go with it.
Cons
Many good people are leaving due to the recent Accenture Acquisition. Changes have been drip-fed over the past year, from moving to Accenture offices, adopting Accenture tools, working on hybrid accounts and slowly losing the IW brand. It's a shame but to be expected after a major acquisition.
