If you are white guy or girl, easy to get job here. Also, dont expect promotions if you are boy and dont get on with lady supervisors.
Cons
No job offers to Indians or other south Asians. Only friends and family members of existing employees will get jobs in this store. Even if someone like Indian could able to get a job, they will not get any promotions even after working for years and years.
