Pros
If you like a job were dm's never have anything positive to say to you. They always put you down. Pay is good but benefits went down hill
Cons
Dm's, directors, and vice presidents don't care about there employees all they care about is sales. They always tell management and cashiers you are always replaceable no matter how good of a job you do. The turn over is so high because they want to keep payroll down and replace them with people making less. They don't care about customer service because they have no staff on to help anyone, that is why customers stand in long lines.
