Pros

I really cannot think of any,.

Cons

Poor facilities,very disappointing salary packages,insurance policies are not up mark,too much of workload, no consideration for hard work,applications tools are not good- always facing issues(causing a lot of work to those doing non-IT jobs.No proper system for the work process, you just have to do trial & error method to work daily & once something goes wrong ,you realize it should not be done.There is no system called as formal training.
