      Good place to work but no consideration for employees

      The pay for the role is too low and you get brushed off when bringing up any sort of salary increase even when extra workloads are given. Management tend to talk bad about employees to other employees and once I had left I heard I was the talk of the office and that management were spreading lies about my reasoning for leaving. Treated badly once you decide to leave even after being continuously recognised for great work throughout your career.
