Leadership is the biggest problem this company faces, the product, customer service, lack of innovation, lots of secrecy between higher ups, not open to change even with attrition being incredibly high, position oversold, management inflexible to accommodate employee concerns, concerned with higher ups commitment to their employees, zero trust in employees (treated like children), company stuck in time and not changing to keep up with today culturally and product-wise, quota difficult to attain but zero addressing of it. Position completely oversold...they promise you the world, and get nothing that they recruited you with. Negative morale, and nothing done about it. Sales reps continuing to leave for the exact same reason, and leadership is aware, yet not doing anything about it. Unfortunately this was the worst workplace I've ever been a part of.
