Pros
Lots of opportunity within the company. If you don't like what you are doing, work with your manager or mentor to find a new job within the company. Decent benefits with many options for your health provider. Good match on 401(k). GREAT matching funds on your charitable donations, with an easy-to-use website. Flexibility in some jobs to work from home after a time.
Cons
Sooooo much red tape, which you find in any organization. Many tools to use for you job (software, sharepoint sites, etc.), which are often outdated, and it's difficult to know where to go at times to find the right resources. Metrics in Implementation jobs seem unrealistic for anyone but the top 1-3% (ish) and constantly reducing the amount of bonus money available to you. When I started, I would get several thousand dollars in bonus funds, and today it's difficult to get a few hundred. I have ruled out bonus money (which you should any way) as part of my income.
