Pros

No Pros....truly it is a terrible company

Cons

-Male dominated and woman shamed company. The men in c-level management will degrade and gawk at women right in front of you while making inappropriate comments in the gyms. I have never seen a high level professional degrade so many woman and offer jobs based solely on how they look the way this company does. A LAW SUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN. Oh and you can't go run and tell HR about it because HR is the same person holding multiple positions and doing this so they just throw away the complaint and the CEO allows it. -The CEO is racist, making multiple comments and jokes about different races. -They will tell you that you will make a lot of money...you wont. In the short time I worked there they changed the pay structure twice and have just done it again for a third time. Each pay structure is set up to make you less and less money. The monthly pay was 2,250 which was equivalent to below minimum wage with the hours they expect you to work. All of what you are expected to make is in commission and anyone who has worked sales before knows that quota works monthly, but this company gives you two weeks to hit it in order to make it impossible to hit your goals. -There is no training. I worked this position for a month until management finally decided to start implementing some sort of training and meetings for educational purposes. They can be helpful if they were actually spent productive and timely. The CEO runs the 3pm call and will literally ramble for 1hr because he's so narcissistic he just wants to hear himself speak...or he will yell at you for not doing enough in the company while taking up all your time. -The CFO/RM will let everyone know on a payday how pissed the CEO will get because he doesn't want to pay anyone. Sucks to know the CEO constantly complains about paying his hardworking staff. And it shows when the pay is constantly cut. -A company built on scamming clients. I worked this job because of my passion for fitness and every client this company signs up for life changing things ends up screwed any way they can. They automatically put each contract on a renewal and don't tell them in order to keep getting payments. They make it incredibly hard to get out of contracts and make people's lives miserable from the burden financially and mentally. -Allow bullying and harassment as long as the person is making the company money. You'll get told "It's a money business" when you bring this issue to light. -No structure in this company. No rules. No regulations. -You get squat for benefits, PTO, Vacation, etc. -Turnover is CONSTANT due to the false promises they sell you when hiring and quickly realizing a month into work that it was all a lie. They went through 8 PTMs in 2 months STAY AWAY. Do not fall into the trap. I promise it's not worth it.

Pros

Gym enviornment. Get to help people change their lives with fitness.

Cons

No real development from upper management. Expectations based off of numbers that aren’t clearly defined. Upper management is out of state so they cannot understand day to day operations im new market.
