Pros

Leadership enables and trusts you to work autonomously Support from the top-down and bottom-up with everyone looking out for each other Working with experts in their respective fields where people don't have bluster or swagger Access to people when needed without going through layers of red tape The HR and Leadership teams have your back, and help you grow

Cons

Very little The Ireland office, like the rest of the company, is experiencing hyper growth which brings its own challenges and are typically teething problems that are easily overcome

Pros

if lucky with project and project management - can get a lot of good experience There are some great managers and engineers with whom it is a pleasure to work

Cons

- salary range middle on the market - poor selection of projects in location - internal processes - absence of corporate culture - projects are lottery, can be good, can be bad experience with toxic managers - location is more outstaff, not outsource - low chances someone from the team will be in your location - no budget for any team buildings/corporate events - benefits are on the lower side

Pros

I would like to share my experience with the relocation to the Irish office. I`ve been a part of EPAM since October and was relocated to Ireland a few months ago. I would like to emphasize the smooth onboarding process and support I met here. Not only in terms of a professional, work-oriented environment, but also in everyday life. If you still thinking on let me give you some clues on what to expect in EPAM: - Deep and well-designed onboarding process with gamification, set up milestones and goals in many different topics you will certainly need to be ready to dive in: office structure, Code of Conduct, safety rules, how to set up your environment, your position related topics and many other. - Resource Manager. A person who will be your main point of contact with your project allocation, vacancies, and so on approvals, personal development plan, and other work-related topics. - Open doors with so many L&D programs, training, and courses. Both internal and external. You can find even those that are about mental health, yoga, sports, etc. - Communities. So many of them are receiving support from the organization. - Tools. Lots of them. They will help you to stay on track, feel the transparency, and have all you need as a professional.

Cons

Because of the pros like onboarding processes and the whole eco-system of the tools you might feel a bit under pressure with the amount of information and people around. But yet I strongly believe the due dates and workload can be modified to suit you best. Especially when you are in touch with your dedicated Resource Manager and HR.
