Pros
Manager freebies before and during conference twice a year and digital game freebies throughout the year. 20% discount and Flare benefits. Fun people to work with and products to check out.
Cons
Marketing setups and stickering sales are grueling between customers, you lose good KPI’s with constant competing priorities. Upper management trickles from the top down with the rules, management then comes down on us. It’s like a pyramid of misery. HR will literally tell your boss what you have told them, anonymously or not. The POS system sucked and had lots of limitations. If you don’t hit 3 KPI targets regularly for 3 months, you get “taken off the roster”.

Very nice coworkers overall, made some friends there. good for a first warehouse type of job. Huge aircon break room, encouraged lots of social get togethers for staff. Only left for health reasons unrelated to job.
Cons
Pay was very low for full timers. Very hot in summer and could be physically hard if you aren't used to it.

Nice coworkers, you get to talk about pop culture and look at fun items

Sad times, too much pressure, no pay increase for increased workload, bad customers who do not respect personal space and you will not be protected by the company when they act up

- good people, loved the department I was working in - pretty chill for the most part if you do your job well - supervisor trusted us and did not micromanage

- needs better pay - upper management a bit of a clique but they are starting to put better people in higher positions

-discounts on used games and other in store products -working in a field with my hobbies -Very fun like minded coworkers -fair and understanding management
Cons
-Horrendous pay (minimum wage with 10 cent raises -no benefits even for full time -no full time positions unless you are management. - sales associates expect 12-14 hours a week if you are lucky. -loyal customers get the same discounts as workers
