      Nice people, everyone is really approachable, you get to work with fun assets and make playful collateral, it's great if you're really into pop culture

      Pros

      Good start for a graphic designer to use this role to begin their career.

      Cons

      This role was more stressful than it needed to be with unreasonable deadlines and a lot of unpaid overtime. Management did not create a very friendly working environment, although team members were friendly. Got the impression that we were very replaceable and there was no incentive to retain long-term staff.
