Pros

Good perks & benefits, free food and junk but that’s just to reel you in I believe

Cons

Too competitive, no time invested in new recruits/no training, very critical environment if you’re not trying to make friends with all senior level managers, staff segregation, false job advertising. Watch out for some ppl in cx Tools

Pros

- Great benefits - Flexible (working from home) -Very nice and smart people to work with - Great product

Cons

- no career path - some managers have no experience and less knowledge than employees and is very difficult to cooperate with such people e.g. nasty comments, texting employees over weekends and evenings - there is no chance for you unless you become friends with management. This kind of friendships are being taken to extreme that at some point regular employees feels excluded - micromanagement - too many contractors - lack of training - management behaves like in playschool

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sorry to hear you had a poor experience with management. At Dropbox we currently provide manager training to all front and middle level managers. These trainings are offered across all organizations and provide essential managerial and leadership skills. Additionally, we do value the career pathing & growth opportunities of all Dropboxers, and are currently working on further developing the Learning & Development org. We know we are no longer a startup, but we still have some growing to do in this area, and we’re excited about the work ahead.

Pros

Great place to work with a strong culture. Decent heart within the company and Dropboxers are well looked after.

Cons

Many growing pains. Man dominated culture - you need to be part of a click to progress. Young Sales leads with very little direction. Culture is greatly diminishing.
