Unlimited PTO, Company PTO one day per month , remote work
From a contractor perspective there are now zero benefits. The facilities and services of the office were the benefits we enjoyed but they’re gone with WFH. FTEs have been given “perks” to offset while we’re effectively subsidizing Dropbox because we’re on the hook for the utility bills that go with doing your job
Internet subsidy, great perks including subsidy for childcare, pet care, wellness, groceries, education etc. Regular learning and development sessions, career development support. Great healthcare cover and pension scheme.
Quarterly perks allowance to spend on basically whatever you want - approx €1,400
Very comprehensive benefits package on offer
So many to choose from
Unlimited PTO, quarterly allowance.
Dropbox offers a lot of great benefits, Recently including the option to expense groceries, and food deliveries. They have a great medical/dental plan with VHI as well
Starting 2021 they introduced a small stipend quarterly on things like food, groceries, ergo equipment, L&D, etc. They don't have offices any more (even post pandemic) and this is all there will be to compensate for lack of meals in the office and other in-office benefits (incl. office GYM). In terms of monetary value this is not enough to compensate for those. There's also pension match, insurance (starting 2021 more basic than before), but overall they are cost cutting much more than previously on many things.
Wellness benefit, breakfast/lunch/dinner provided, gym facilities on site - all major pluses!
