5yAs the CEO of the business I take a review from a previous permanent member of staff like this really seriously. I hope that you fed back as part of your exit interview the specifics of your concerns into your line manager and our People Manager. I will be chatting to both as a matter of urgency to better understand the disconnect that you suggest between the culture and the values of the organisation and your personal experience. Your review suggested your were with us for over a year which leads me to ask whether these concerns were also flagged up as part of your regular 1:1's with your line manager, through team meetings or at the monthly All Hands.
