      good culture and they try to make it fun

      no foundation for supporting Enterprise clients and NO training for new employees. Something feels dishonest.

      Hired for India office,Good infrastructure,but nothing more than that.

      Cons

      Top management, stand behind you to get work done,no hierarchy, it doesn't mater who is your Reporting manger,Top management has full time to stand behind you and ask what you are doing. No HR policy, if you discuss something with HR, they say that policy is there, but not written and secret with access to top management only
