I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Data World (Washington, DC) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite long and lasted a little over a month with about 4 to 5 interviews with different levels of leadership, peers, and a Final presentation of the companies product in a discovery call. Overall it required quite a bit of time while still having a full day job and the final presentation was pushed to a Friday at 5 PM.
Some candid feedback for enterprise executives, there are many organizations that provide a much smoother, high-level interview process that give you a better sense of on boarding. Also got a sense that there was a little bit of sales process data mining going on since there is a lack of sales process at the organization.
A lot of the people I spoke with were pleasant But I think the interview process could be refined in order to be more respectful of the candidates time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions ranged from behavioral and emotional capabilities to being able to operate in a start up with not much of a sales process in place. There wasn’t too much feedback during the preparation for the presentation even though outreach was encouraged.
