1. If you call them, whoever answer's the call will discuss regarding your needs irrespective of the area / expertise / field / knowledge and do nothing. ( its something like jack of all and master of non ). By the time your problem gets solved by you, they keep revolving the issues. Finally you will be happy.
2. They have a bad team coordination, everyone is account manager, sr account manager, VP, SR VP.....don't ask me....you will definitely 200% think why did you join this company.
3. There marketing team is so bad, they even don't have any idea to whom they are submitting the profiles. They have not command in selling you or get requirement. Forget about selling you profile, they don't have diplomacy, smartness in getting the JD. They will make multiple submissions, when asked why did you do it ? they are unanswered.
4. They say they have 450 employees and this company has 100+ direct clients and its 16 yr old company. Trust me there is no concrete evidence on what numbers they tell ...it's all false. As you can know just by talk to a person / working with them you can think about his maturity level and experience, in the say way i some where feel this company has 5 - 6 yrs experience.
5. There is too much of staff who are unqualified / incompetent to handle and to find a position. Initially one day they do some running here and there later on from second day they take rest.
6. Marketing team i would rate 2/ 10 ( trust me i am in this field with genuine 15 yrs experience, i know and worked with other employers and I got tricked by this company and got struck ).
7. Upper management, whomever you touch they say they are working from past 10+ yrs, for which we don't have any proof nor data to support. Upper management also tricks you, they are also not worthy - couple of them do not speak proper English.
8. Top of all there is no transparency while marketing or communication.
