Pros
The only thing positive about this company is you get paid timely. No other department is worth mentioning.
Cons
There is a big laundry list of cons that you can write about this company. First and foremost this is just another body shop company with no real benefits. Everyone you talk to at this company tells you that they have been with the company for 20+ years and boast of excellent track record. For the first couple of years, you'll not notice any thing wrong with the way they do business and seems they are fair in letting you know beforehand what they will do and what they will not. However, when it is time for filing your H1B extension, you'll hear different voices on who is responsible for what. They are very good at not putting anything in writing so that there is no paper trial or proof that something was promised. When you say that they are going back on their words, they quickly put the blame on legal and HR departments. They mostly try to recruit people with a 3-year degree or fresh out of college grads so they will have the longest tenure with the company as these professionals will not have other options. They are very poor in marketing once your current project ends. You are on your own finding another project or negotiating the rate. When you find a project on your own, the recruiters will be ready to take the credit for it. Coming to the legal department, you have to follow up for everything. They will not do anything on their own. They don't track when your H1 or H4 is ending and when to file for extension. You have to track these things and have to remind them that they have to file for extension. The recruiter may say that they will deal with the legal but it is better you deal with them straight as the recruiter will tell you something and legal will do something totally opposite.
