good experience for starting out in IT at help desk level

Cons

not a lot of longevity. Don’t try to stick around long, as every year you’ll effectively be taking a pay cut as their raises don’t keep up with inflation

The main pro for this job is that you get to work remote.

Cons

At this company you are paid below the industry average and almost every year the company tells everyone "We did good last year, but not good enough, we can't give anyone raises." The teams are full of good but over worked people. When someone leaves the team, they are not normally replaced. The company takes it as a reduction in cost. Work piles up due to over promising to clients and understaffing of employees. You are pressured to meet goals that are impossible and do not take all issues into account.

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

Pros

Entry level place, No raises, with very poor management that frequently changes. Steady job lots of travel. Plenty of PTO

Cons

Management, no room for growth. No promotions they only hire from outside of company. In order to excel you would have to quit job and reapply for better position. Managers were new every year and always looking to climb the corporate ladder on your back. Lots of layoffs. Corporate very slow to adjust to change.

A good way to learn more about devices

Cons

Was told there's pay raises and growth opportunities -- that was a lie. Was always on call once a month even though there were over 4 techs on the team. Too much is expected out of you despite never getting paid more. Barely was getting 20 -30 hours of work a week then let go due to not working enough, did not make sense.

nothing is good about the company, apart from they can hire anybody with a degree irrespective of the field.

pathetic management and the mangers are pervert, you can't even complain about or raise your concern regarding this.

Culture in delivery has gotten worse and worse - leadership, moral, pay, raises. Impacting customer relationships and stressing teams.
