- Bigoted DEI policies and far-left politically oriented company; during first week of onboarding the Director, who provided orientation for a team of new PMs, went on a self-initiated political rant, name calling and noting politics would be fixed when the baby boomer generation died off (later an apology was issued to the new hires).
- Small group of employees systematically abused the unlimited PTO policy, driving some away and costing others their job
- High turnover, particularly among those who were the hardest working and had the brightest futures
