Poor leadership - Project Manager Cimplifi Employee Review

Most of the directors have no insight into what the industry even is. Micromanaging is on another level in this department. Placing blame, and the focus on “who did what wrong” instead of resolving the issues when it comes to client-related work. A very strange company (maybe, hopefully it’s just the department?) culture. Retention is HORRIBLE.
