      Great role with excellent exposure to direct investments and M&A

      Direct exposure to senior leadership Great company culture and very good people Lot of direct deal execution experience Involvement in the entire M&A process because of the lean team and flat org structure Global and diversified portfolio offers exposure across multiple industries and geographies

      Low prospects for growth as the team is small Lower bonus compared to industry average and no deal based incentives

      Opportunity for growth. Collaborative group. Great people. Ability to be creative and have your opinions heard throughout the company.

      Cons

      Growing pains at times but the collaborative group makes up for that and are able to solve issues.

      Pros

      From my experience, my leader has been fantastic! I have joined a great team that promotes collaboration, open communication, sharing of ideas, and personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Any difficulties that have come up in the past are no longer an issue. Leadership is receptive to feedback and suggestions for positive change.
