Dice tool maintain low number of staff on floor not taking into account the emotional needs of the residents but only the task so staff work like robots

No Annual leave allowed December/January festive season

Managers not being allowed to manage without interference from above, tiny budgets which meant dangerous staff levels, lack of relevant training and plenty of cover ups when CQC arrived!
