Staff being bullied by the manager, who is only interested in her bonus, so high turn over.

too much staff bullying and indirect discrimination.

Expectations and pressures on management is ridiculous. Very little support and very quick to let staff go. Understandable that turnover rates are very high. Decent salaries do not compensate for bullying leadership.

Poor management, very money oriented, manager does not care about staff or residents. Very divided between day and night staff. Understaffed and overworked.management will shout and belittle you and bully you into working extra hours
