I have been working at First Derivatives full-time (Less than a year)

Approaching my 9th month with the company, I can share an amazing travel opportunity, valuable expenses package and stable project experience with one of the most considerable FD client. Feel like I have everything I need.

Projects might come later than expected but it is worth it waiting for them

I applied online. I interviewed at First Derivatives.

    Very biased interview process.

The correct and fair way to conduct an interview is with a panel, including employees from HR and someone from the department of the job vacany; plus questions should be set and scored to avoid bias. First Derivatives do not interview with a panel, you are interviewed by one HR person who does not ask set questions and has no real knowledge of the job role when asked.
