Contract Job Purpose: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team. This role will play a key part in supporting the team, driving new business, and contributing to the delivery of our commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be based at our Farranfore facility in Co. Kerry. However, occasional travel to our other locations in Celbridge, Cork, or Galway may be required

Qualifications and Experience:
· A relevant third-level qualification in Science, Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a laboratory environment or in a sales, customer service, or administrative role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, as well as experience using CRM software.
· Demonstrated leadership, with strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
· Solid understanding of industry trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
· Full clean driving licence.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the sales team
· Maintain CRM systems, generate sales reports, and assist with preparing Tender Response documents and Proposals.
· Customer Relationship Management: They maintain relationships with clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the sales process.
· assist the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals, ensuring that the team has the resources they need to succeed.
· Manage Sales Managers Calendar as required
· Handle correspondence, and flag urgent calls that require input from senior management.
· Identifying and approaching new clients and fostering relationships to convert leads into sales.
· Carry out general administration tasks for the sales team
· Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
· Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Sales Manager or Management Team
