1:1 interview, one hour case study presentation of two projects with team, multiple 1:1s with team members and a final interview with the dept lead. Questions about experience, approach, working style, and craft. Looking for fit in terms of how they break up the design process (essentially roles focused on discovery & ideation or systems building & finalizing).

It was technical and behaviour questions especially around how to tackle situations. What most important to manage stakeholders . They check mostly whether there is fit for the role or not.
