Screening plus several rounds of interviews with folks at different levers followed by project with q and an and feedback. Group interview. Lots of questions and rounds. Interviewed by people across different marketing functions and levels. Not sure about long-term future of company so didn’t accept.
Interview process was long, but very informed. It was always clear what the next steps were and who I needed to talk to in the event that I had questions. The recruiter kept in contact with me throughout the process.

Interview
First round is a phone screen with HR. Typical walk me through your background questions. Second is a call with someone on the digital marketing team. Final round they flew me up to eBay headquarters and I met with seven people back-to-back, one interview was over lunch so it was pretty intense.
